Is there really just one plan?
Yes. Every feature is included from day one — appointments, SMS, documents, reporting, the client portal, everything. We don't believe in locking features behind tiers or charging extra for things you need.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days you can choose to subscribe and carry on exactly where you left off. If you decide Woofle isn't for you, your data is preserved for another 30 days so you can export it or change your mind.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and start using Woofle immediately — no payment details required until you choose to subscribe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. If you're on an annual plan, you'll keep access until the end of the paid period.
What about SMS credits?
Your subscription includes 100 free SMS credits every month — enough for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. If you need more, top-up bundles are available at low cost from within the app.
Can I import my existing client and pet data?
Yes. Woofle includes a built-in spreadsheet import tool. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns, and your full client list is brought straight in — no manual re-typing.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit, hosted on Microsoft Azure, and backed up daily. You can export your data at any time.
